Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

The S-Bahn Station "Gröbenzell" is 5 Minutes by walking away and it takes 20 minutes to go to the inner city. I try to do my best to make my guests feel home and get in touch with our local sights, beer and culture. You'll have a kingsize bed for 2 persons (180cm x 230cm), one queensize bed (140cm x 230cm) for 2 persons and one more floor mattress (140cm x 230cm) for 2 persons to sleep. There are bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance. The balcony is perfect for relaxing.

Take the whole family to this great home with plenty of space. You will get a complete apartment in the attic of our house in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Munich. With the S-Bahn train station (stop only 6 minutes walk away) you are in the train station of Munich in twenty minutes. You have your own kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom (the bathroom is attached to the bedroom). We (my 3 children, dog and I) live on the ground floor and we share the staircase.
