Easy accommodation for guests who want to stay in Munich at a reasonable price. About 10 minutes' walk to Puchheim S-Bahn station. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the city center / Munich Marienplatz. A free private parking space is available. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. On the ground floor the guest toilet and fully equipped kitchen. The living room is not yet newly renovated, but can still be used to a limited extent.

For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with a PV system, battery storage and an air heat pump.

We rent out our beautiful house to nice and considerate guests, who should feel at home with us and who appreciate the high-quality equipment just as much as we do. For stays longer than 10 days, please send us a request, we can often do that! The house is near Eching, so you can reach the S-Bahn (direction city centre/airport) in 5 minutes by car, the city centre/airport in 20 minutes and the exhibition centre in approx. 30 minutes.
