Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Grottaferrata

WOW! seriously am incredible stay. It was nice to have a quiet and private place to stay just outside of Rome. Tip to future visitors: it’s RIGHT off of the Sacrafano train station that trains into Rome. Stay at this Airbnb and then train into the city.

Our stay at Lucia's house was completely successful. The house is spacious, very well maintained and provided more than enough space for our group of 11. The connection by train to the center of Rome was uncomplicated – in about 50 minutes we were in the middle of the city. A car is still handy to explore the surrounding area flexibly. There are several supermarkets and great restaurants nearby. We felt very comfortable and would love to stay here again on a next visit to Rome. Lucia was always available and gave us many great tips and recommendations. Thank you, Lucia!

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

Great place to stay. Very comfortable, well stocked kitchen. Well placed for exploring tivoli, Hadrian’s villa and Rome. The street parking is limited and it is a busy road that is difficult to turn round on

both the hosts were very nice and responsive. place was clean, functional and had enough bedding to accommodate a family like us with 2 kids. It is right next to the train station and just a couple of mins walk to the super market. we had a very comfortable stay. they even arranged a high chair for our 10 month old on short notice. overall it was a very nice experience and definitely recommended

Words cannot describe how beautiful this place really is. Right in the midst of nature, you are always surrounded by peace, quiet and the sounds of nature. Both Luigino and Giuilo are exceptional hosts. They met us near the property to guide us in and showed around the place with great details. They were extremely helpful and warm welcoming to us. Gave us all kinds of recommendations which proved extremely helpful. Had we known that we were staying at such an amazing place of such lovely people, we would have stayed for much longer. We had the best experience so far of all our trips with AirBnb and would love to return again and again to this great place! A very stylishly furnished apartment in a very pleasant neighborhood. Wonderfully quiet environment, an ideal base from which to conquer and explore Rome. We will be very happy to recommend the accommodation.

Very sweet host, baked us cake for breakfast. The airbnb is also a very comfortable stay. You can get to the center with public transport which is nearby (tram,bus)

The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the metro station and only 5 stations from Termini Station, from there everything is easily accessible. The area, lively in the evening, has many shops: restaurants, supermarkets, pizzeria and trattoria, wine shop...We recommend Necci for eating in the evening and the wine shop on the via del pigneto for charcuterie boards and cheese (chocolate gorgonzola!). True to the photos and description, we found the accommodation bright, clean and large enough for 4 adults (the small table unfolds) The heating and hot water works very well, the kitchen is functional: thanks to Paolo.

Very nice stay near the airport. The apartment has every amenity listed. Very friendly host responsive to every question. Quiet surroundings.

We had 6 lovely days staying at Pierluigi’s apartment which was comfortable and clean. The apartment had all the amenities we required, including a washing machine. What we enjoyed the most was the sunny terrace with 3 seating areas, nearly the size of the apartment. Although it was a long , but walkable distance into the center of Rome, bus 46 was accessible nearby. There are however large amount of restaurants and shops nearby. Pierluigi was a responsive and helpful host.

The place was true to the photographs, it was clean and Daniela cooperated on everything!. However, we had a small problem with ants, I guess it's because it's a country house, nothing that can't be lived with it. Simply an observation, on the other hand the metro that is very conveniently located next to a supermarket is more 10 minutes away than 5. I still recommend the place.

Wishlist assured, it's even more beautiful than in the photos, the welcome was perfect, bus, supermarket, restaurant everything is nearby. Only take your clothes, everything is available on-site. Don't hesitate to rent from Isabella, you wouldn't be disappointed. We'll be happy to go back

Annamaria and Domenico were warm, gracious hosts and their place an absolute delight, perfect and so cozy for our family getaway, and in a spectacular, scenic location. The house is charming, clean, and bright, with artistic touches and surrounded by a well tended garden. Our hosts even gave us olive oil from their olive grove and fresh eggs from their chickens! They make the place even more special and we would love to stay with them again.

We had a pleasant stay at Paolo's place, quiet after the day and the noise of the city. The outdoor courtyard is a little green cocoon! A bus stop is located 25 meters from the house, and makes it possible to reach the metro in 10 minutes, perfect for visiting Rome Paolo listened to us throughout the stay, and responded very quickly to our requests. Very good place in Rome!

1. The owner always helpful and is there for you if something goes wrong or you need some help. 2. If you are with a car. The best way to leave a car in metro parking at Arco di Travertino (1,5 euro per day) and ttavel to the city center by metro. Parking downtow problematic. By metro to Colloseo - 15 min. 3. Main street near by - via Tuscolana - lots of shops, seevices and cafes. 4. The property itself has safe parking and yard. 5. I was staying there 5 months. It is more suited for short therm stays. Altough I didnt had any problems to stay longer. 6. So calm place. Near by park Apia Antica. 7. 15 min walk - 23/7 shop 8. To summarise- I had a good time
