Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Words cannot describe how beautiful this place really is. Right in the midst of nature, you are always surrounded by peace, quiet and the sounds of nature. Both Luigino and Giuilo are exceptional hosts. They met us near the property to guide us in and showed around the place with great details. They were extremely helpful and warm welcoming to us. Gave us all kinds of recommendations which proved extremely helpful. Had we known that we were staying at such an amazing place of such lovely people, we would have stayed for much longer. We had the best experience so far of all our trips with AirBnb and would love to return again and again to this great place! Thank you very much for the warmth and welcome that Luigino and Giuilo showed us.

The apartment is bigger than it shows in the listing; there is plenty of space to spread out and relax. It is located in close proximity to most of old Rome and is a very good central spot when visiting. We comfortably walked just about everywhere we went but when we needed transportation there was a cab stand and bus stop two short blocks away. Do note that the location is active at all times and the restaurants/bars stay open late. It can get loud at night and the sounds of the street are easily heard in the apartment, especially the front bedroom.

The remote check-in was a first for us and went extremely smoothly. It was lovely to arrive in the clean, bright apartment after hours of travelling. We didn’t have the best weather but still managed to sit on the terrace quite a bit - the views are wonderful! Apart from Castel Sant’ Angelo (well worth a visit) you could see not one but three quadrighe. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and it was a nice room to wake up in. We didn’t find the light coming in in the morning a problem as we were always so tired after exploring each day. The kitchen was shiny and well-equipped (I hope we used the bins/sorted the rubbish correctly!) - perhaps it could use a good solid chopping board and some cloths for drying up? Bathroom was immaculate, with plenty of storage and towel hanging space and the shower was already on the right setting so easy to use. With its easy access to various bridges into the city and both the Vatican and Trastevere in walking distance, we highly recommend!

Very friendly greating and an attentive host who was very accommodating with an early check-in. The apartment was nice and clean, well equipped and very centrally located. There is air conditioning and fans which was a nice surprise. Please note because you in the 'heart' of it all there is a a quite lot of noise (ear plugs were provided if required, and they helped very much) that goes on till late, also, with there being numerous restaurants in the square there can be a lot of cooking smells, (fried onions particularly noticeable), if you don't mind either of these things then I can highly recommended this accommodation and I would stay again. All in all we enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and had a wonderful time!

Very nice apartment for 6 people with lots of room. Good location, 15-20 bus/metro from main attractions. Shower pressure is not great, but understandable for building.

We stayed at this very well located accommodation between the monti and the historic center (5 min walk to the Colosseum and 10 min to the Trevi Fountain). It is very well equipped Francesca is very attentive and responsive for our comfort. You can go there without a second thought! Thank you Francesca and see you soon

We had a lovely 6 night stay at the apartment. It is well appointed and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, love the firm mattresses. The host was very responsive and kind. We could walk to everything, didn’t need to take the metro or cabs! Lovely restaurants nearby. The alley way had some foot traffic at night and early am, but was probably quiet in relation to most other streets. The upstairs bedroom is quieter than downstairs one. Overall this was an excellent stay for a mother and daughter and we would return!

His apartment is very beautiful and convenience . Love the elevator and the challenge is that how you gonna fit your luggages in there . We made it . Paolo was so helpful making our 4N/5D trip in room phenomenal .

We had a wonderful time here! It’s so easy to get the train in to Rome from the local train station (we drove but you could walk) and it’s not much for a ticket. There isn’t a lot to do in the area but we spent so much time in the house that it didn’t matter. The pool was so lovely and we spent a lot of time in there, especially the children! There are lots of comfy seating, especially on the balcony. A perfect place to sit with a book. The place is huge and has air conditioning in all the rooms except one, where there is a fan. The beds are very comfy!! I would recommend staying here!

Simona's house is a haven of peace. Beauty, disconcerting tranquility. It's good to live there. Located in the heights of VELLETRI , you will have a magnificent view of the city and the mountains around. We loved this stay, we loved Italy. You need to do it again. Simona is very friendly, and responds to the slightest request. We give them a 10/10 rating.

Danilo is always available and takes care of it immediately. Our teenagers were very happy to have one room to themselves. And the highlight is of course the turtles and the great garden. The villa is a little older, but decorated with a lot of love, especially the gallery is exceptional.

Beautiful and well-kept villa wedged in a wonderful green corner in Anguillara Sabazia near Lake Bracciano. The first thing that is truly noteworthy is that the place showed up in front of us perfectly as indicated in the photos almost that we had the impression that we had already been there. The house is more than comfortable and cozy in every way, from the kitchen to the sleeping area ending with the amenities. Tastefully furnished, with the presence of national and international objects, also of a musical type that instills a pleasant sense of life lived and appreciated. My family and I had a great time and this was an element that has contributed a lot to the unforgettable success of our Easter weekend!!! If we come back here, we'll definitely consider it.

Raffaele and Jojo were friendly. We enjoyed meeting them. So helpful, so kind and cheerful. The space is large great for gatherings, the grounds are beautiful, the rooms and beds were so comfortable. I was able to get a great nights sleep. Beautiful birds and breezes, large windows and patios. Just fabulous. Emanuele and Ana are the dream hosts, kind, nice, helpful, always receptive and very skilled in making you feel like one of them. They decorated the whole house knowing it was my boyfriend's birthday, I was shocked, tears 💚💚 thanks for everything
