The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

Vacation home on the Isar

Apartment in Bad Tölz with direct Isar location. The city center is 5 minutes walking distance via the Isar promenade. Shopping such as baker, butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are both double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a self-contained apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

In einem Doppelbett und Schlafsofa. Natürlich sind auch frische Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Hygieneartikel für euch verfügbar. WiFi und ein Arbeitsplatz sind auch vorhanden. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.
