A dreaming place to have a vacation with the families. Parking is free and right in front of the entrance, supermarket is just 1 kilometer away. The high way entrance is 3 kilometer away.

The house with about 110 m² has a bedroom on the ground floor, a living-dining room, a kitchen, as well as a bathroom with bathtub/shower. On the first floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet and washing facility. In the basement there is a washing machine and a dryer. The property is in a very residential area in residential areas. Shopping and the S-Bahn are easily accessible at foot.

Our apartment was completely renovated in January 2024 and is in the center of Munich, just minutes on foot to Marienplatz, the Old Town and the boutiques on Maximilianstraße! Have a drink at one of the neighborhood bars, go for a run along the Isar river, or just chill out in the apartment with the TV, comfy couch and a Nespresso machine (fair trade, recyclable pods)! The sofa pulls out into a comfortable bed with a mattress topper. On-site parking: €25 per night. Ask for availability.

Our two-story duplex apartment is located in a quiet, safe, and conveniently accessible area with views of trees and forests.

Close to public transport (22 min to downtown Munich or 30 min to the October festival) or 15 minutes by car to the convention center. The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.
