Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock . Die Wohnfläche verteilt sich auf ein liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnraum mit offener Küche und Essplatz. Der Schlafraum ist über eine Treppe mit einem Doppelbett und einen großen Kleiderschrank eingerichtet. Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche und einem WC ausgestattet.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.

Mit großem Panoramafenster und Balkon über die gesamte Wohnungsbreite. Oben in der Galerie kann man vom Bett aus den Sternenhimmel sehen. Deckenhöhe am Bett 2,50 m, wird erst bei der gemütlichen Loungecke etwas niedriger.
