Located in the High Weald area of Kent which is an AONB, The Cabin at Valley View Farm is set in its own space amongst 16 acres of wood and grazing. It used to be an old hop pickers mobile home but has been lovingly restored to a modern, well presented “mini” haven. Pebbles is a private annexe at our home in Pett Level, a haven of quiet and calmness. You’ll be only five minutes walk from an amazing beach. Surrounded by fabulous countryside and cliff top walks, 2 local pubs in the village of Pett, 5 minutes car ride or a lovely 1/2 hour walk away over the hills. There is a bright lounge with french doors overlooking the garden, wet room, double bedroom and fully fitted kitchen. The garden is secluded and peaceful . The beautiful town of Rye is 5 miles away.

Brimming with ever-changing sea and sky views and well-equipped for an easy and truly memorable stay, quality time with friends and family is spent relaxing, playing games, enjoying meals, swimming, walking, cycling, reading, as well as exploring the attractions and culture of nearby coastal towns, historic landmarks and beautiful South Downs National Park.

Idyllic 2- Bedroom barn with amazing views

Spacious barn conversion with views of the countryside. The Barn is an ideal location to use as a base for visiting the many places of interest or for a relaxing holiday. There are many National Trust properties within a small radius together with historic gardens and local vineyards. Tenterden and Rye are a short drive and Camber Sands, with its sandy beach, is a must. There are a number of local pubs which serve food, The White Hart within a few minutes walk, and many others not far away.

Newly converted stable block

Modern two bedroomed, separate accommodation with studio kitchen comprising of a combination oven, double hob, fridge and sink. There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

This garden flat has 1 double bedroom plus sofa bed in the living room. Well equipped kitchen & bathroom with bath and rain shower. The pretty courtyard garden is a real suntrap, perfect for relaxing in after a day out. The flat is in a quiet residential area with free parking. The seafront is just a 15 minute walk away and St Leonard's offers a wide range of independent shops, cafe's and restaurants as well as The Kino cinema. Hastings pier and Old Town are all within walking distance.

Peace, Quiet, Cosy house with garden & log burner

Peaceful, with good views, great walks, 2 sitting rooms, big cosy log burning stove, big fluffy towels & dressing gowns, 600TC sheets, super comfy bed, plumped pillows, 2 big smart TVs, wifi & Sonos. Soak in a free-standing bath or big shower and stretch out on an enormous sofa and admire the view up the valley - You won't want to leave! If you do the Little House is well placed for pubs, beaches, vineyards, gardens, Rye and Hastings and many other treats only a walk or short drive away.
