Welcome to our historical home! The villa was build as a representative domicile for a pharmacist. Nowadays the spacious house offers space for three flats. The holiday home is situated in its souterrain with a direct access to the garden. The residential area is completely private as well as the kitchen. You can reach the private bathroom through a shared corridor. Inside the residential area there is a king-size bed for sleeping for two and a studio couch, that can be used also by up to two.

You can rent the apartment in our detached house for yourself. This is where we connected a new router. Now there is the latest WLan technology WIFI 6. The 50sqm with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is situated in a quiet dead end street. A separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Our idyllically located apartment with separate entrance is newly renovated, fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary. The apartment has a bathroom, a separate kitchenette and a living area as well as a terrace – ideal for two, optionally for four people. Just in the middle of the countryside, now in the city: Hattingen city center can be reached in a few minutes by car, Bochum-Linden is also only 4 km away and the Ruhr is even less.

We booked with Airbnb ourselves and we liked the basic idea so much that we have now become hosts ourselves! Offering your own living space or a well-thought-out furnished apartment where people from all over the world feel comfortable is a great thing and we are now very happy to do it! Hike into the nature in only 600 m and in 2,8 km is the next dam (lake). Next grocery store 250 m, next restaurants, bakery and takeaway in vicinity (350 m). Next big city for shopping tours 12 km. After consultation it`s possible to use the garden and do a barbecue.
