Clean, tidy, great contact with the owners. As a base to get to the slopes, this house did a great job.

Matthias was a great host! The place was clean and easy to find. It was close by car to everything we needed. If you have a car, parking can be difficult at times, but the location was so quiet and peaceful it made up for the small walk. Would highly recommend this place and would stay here again next time we visit Munich.

The neighborhood it's very quite and peaceful , fairly near the public transports. The apartment it's very pretty and cozy, and includes all the amenities you could need, we felt like at home. During our stay Dom was always helpful and proactive with every topic, for example he quickly helped us fix one issue with had with internet connection, he's very responsive and easy to talk too, great experience. Overall it was a great stay, highly recommended!

As a family of 4, we had a really good time in Christina's apartment. Communication before 1a. We were unsure about sleeping arrangements for our two young children and Christina was able to help us out so we didn't have to bring anything in this regard. This was very handy. The residential area was quiet, we hardly noticed anything from the two dogs. We were able to park the car in front of the door and also take a few excursions on foot. All in all, a nice stay.

Ben’s place was perfect for our Munich visit. Comfy, good location, had essentials and great hosting. Highly recommend

The place is neat, clean, has every necessity provided. The blinds inside and a mini-terrace are very nice additions. The shower might be a little less spacious than usual, but using it was manageable. Would stay again.

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

What to say about Julian's house except that it's a really rare find. It is a haven of peace, very well maintained with facilities worthy of a large hotel near Munich. The house makes you want to stay longer, unfortunately we were only visiting for one night, but that was enough for us to realize the very high standard of this house. A very large screen in the living room, where you can wrap in wide, very welcoming sofas...and all this leads to a terrace also very beautiful, with its small ponds and goldfish. Everything was perfect, our host Julian, very responsive and friendly, the house as a whole located in a great neighborhood on the doorstep of Munich. Excellent bedding. Perfect bathrooms…what more can we say, apart from that we will be back with pleasure if we return to the area. PS: the professional coffee machine (bean) is excellent, thank you for everything and especially for the attention to detail

Peaceful place and great communication!

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

We enjoyed the stay in the modern, clean and tastefully decorated apartment. The Nespresso machine and the direct view of the countryside were also great, so the living space was nice and bright. There is a fence around the chic balcony, so our dog could also feel comfortable and safe outside. Also as a small family with a dog a feel-good oasis, thank you!

The apartment is fantastic and perfectly located in Schliersee. The photos almost don't do it justice. We felt more than comfortable with Rainer and his wife. The two welcomed us with fruit, snacks and many good tips and were very caring! Thank you both! We will be happy to come back!

We felt extremely comfortable and would have preferred to stay for 2 weeks. Everything you need is sufficiently available. Our kids loved it too. We will be very happy to come back if we are around. Andrea and her husband were great hosts. We immediately felt welcome and experienced a thoroughly Bavarian New Year's Eve.

The host and her friend who gave us a warm welcome were very kind and hospitable . I recommend this apartment for its exceptional cleanliness. Full kitchen equipment I'm sure there's nothing missing Plus attention to detail to make everyone feel special . Private parking Underground garage 2m high. I was a bus with my family, so it's an important point for me. Good location Close to shop and bakery . I recommend this place with a clear conscience. I will definitely use this apartment again when I'm in the area.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the decor is very tasteful and the amenities are great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are within walking distance. We also received very helpful tips for excursion destinations from the hosts.

Staying with Franziska and her family was wonderful! Communication with Franziska went smoothly and above all her answers came super quickly. In addition, the location is highly recommended - it is very quiet and yet very close to the S-Bahn, which is why you are quickly in Munich or Lake Starnberg. The absolute highlight for our 6-year-old son was that he could play basketball and football and that there were also toys in the accommodation - that was also great for our baby. There is also nothing wrong with the apartment itself and everything was wonderful all around:) After a few days there were also fresh towels including a few sweet treats. From that point we can only give 5+ stars and can recommend it to everyone and we will be very happy to come back :)
