Quiet location on the north shore of Lake Schliersee, town centre in about 8 minutes and Lake Schliersee in about 15 minutes on foot. Cross-country ski trail access in the immediate vicinity. We are about 5 minutes from the train station Hausham and 200 m from the village Schliersee. About 30 minutes walk to the lake. The flat is in a residential area and very quiet. The flat is on the first floor (no lift) with a south facing conservatory. The kitchen is very spacious with a dining table. The single bedroom is only accessible through the double bedroom. In the lounge there is a sofa bed. We fully refurbished the flat in spring 2025 including new kitchen (pics to follow) and bathroom

Für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Skifahrer und Biker ideal. Eigene E-Ladesäule vorhanden. Wir und unsere 2 Katzen wohnen im gleichen Haus im EG und 1. Stock. Gemeinsamer Hauseingang.

Our apartment (40 m²) is located in the Miesbach lake district. The apartment is ideal for discovering the numerous lakes, mountains and the nearby ski resorts. The local recreation area Schliersee is only 10 minutes away and Tegernsee 15 minutes. Here you can also be pampered in bad weather in the Vitaltherme/Schliersee and Seesauna/Tegensee. In 50 minutes you are in Munich, in 30 minutes in Rosenheim and Kufstein to enjoy art and culture. But you can also just relax.

Idyllic on the green Riviera

The apartment is located on the quiet, green Miesbacher Riviera, from which it takes only 5 minutes to get to the center and the train station. By car, it is 15 minutes to the highway, Lake Schliersee, Lake Tegernsee and the mountains. Munich is 🚆 45 minutes away by train. There is a fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, a room with a double bed and a room with a single bed and desk. I look forward to welcoming many guests from all over the world. 🌍

You will be guests in our home. The real Seehäusl is located right by the lake, with its own jetty and strip of shore No children under 12 years of age 2-room apartment (55 m²) is on the 2nd floor under the roof Bath Balcony Double bed (200x140) Sofa bed (200x90) in the Room between the double room and the bathroom and the entrance door. A warm welcome to the cosy Bergnest Hausham – a brand-new holiday apartment for two to four people, located between Lake Schliersee and Lake Tegernsee. It is located on the top floor (2nd floor) of our family home, can be accessed via two sets of stairs and its own entrance, and has a beautiful, sunny west-facing balcony. The flat comprises a large, bright room (kitchen, dining area, double bed, sofa bed) and a bathroom. Great for young families and couples.
