A large multi-generational playground is located 300 metres away, and the heated forest swimming pool is 1 kilometre away. Shops are approximately 1 km away. The train station is a 20-minute walk (1.3 km). Whether it's the art academy, the castle, the national park, guided ranger tours, pedal boats, sailing or tennis – everything is possible here.

Life as it used to be? FeWo Bo is a cozy, cozy 2-person apartment in Haus Luzi, an ancient half-timbered house, idyllic on the Rur and right in the middle of the picturesque old town of Monschau! Everything is crooked & lopsided and low! Back-to-basic, cozy chatter instead of beeps but with infrared sauna. Lovely to relax before you roll into the nice double bed. To wake up in the morning with (or by) the smell of freshly baked rolls (bakery around the corner). Here you forget the hectic and stress of everyday life!

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. Enjoy your little break in a lovingly furnished apartment in Gemünd! Located directly at the national park gate, beautiful hikes (e.g. Eifelsteig, Wildnistrail) or enjoyable bike tours can be enjoyed from here. In summer, the nearby outdoor swimming pool offers the necessary refreshment. For everyday needs, there are various shopping facilities, all within walking distance. The following are very popular: Rursee, Vogelsang IP or the guided star hike.

The INKA holiday flat is located on the upper floor of a detached house. We live in the house ourselves and love to host. You enter the house through a shared main entrance. From there, the open, bright staircase leads directly up to your holiday apartment. Don't worry about your privacy: the entire floor is reserved for you! The stairwell is just for access; you can enjoy the spacious floor upstairs all to yourself. Free parking.

The spacious 100 sqm apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a guest toilet. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. An additional baby crib can be provided on request. Adjacent to the living room is a small terrace by the stream where you can sit undisturbed. There is a small village shop right next door, and a delicious pizzeria is within walking distance.

The apartment has an area of approx. 120 sqm and is furnished to a high standard. Last renovation 2018. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 guests. Children's bed and highchair may be available upon request. The terrace at the rear is part of the apartment. Covered sitting area as well as a ping pong table. A charcoal grill is available. Children are also welcome to play in the garden.
