Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. Individual guest house on Gut Neuwerk

The individual guest house is located at the end of the 6-hectare property. A former stable is now a refuge for 4 people, redesigned with great care and attention to detail. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area and fireplace, a bedroom and a large bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The 1st floor consists of a loft-like studio with a large window front, in which there is another double bed. There is also another fireplace, a grand piano and a large corner sofa.

Rur- Idylle II

Spacious apartment in a fantastic location in Simmerath-Dedenborn, located directly on the Rur. Our house is the ideal starting point for hikes on the Eifelsteig, around the Rursee and in the national park. From the private balcony you have a magnificent view of the Rur. Distance to the supermarket: 8 km From January 1, 2025, you will have to pay us an overnight accommodation fee (5% of the booking price) in cash. This amount must be passed on 1:1 to the municipalities!

Relax in our special and quiet accommodation! The newly furnished apartment for up to 4 people with about 60 square metres is distributed over two floors. To be highlighted are a fully equipped kitchen, TV, sofa bed, large panoramic windows, a cosy box spring bed, the private terrace with outdoor seating and ample customer parking spaces. Enjoy your little break in a lovingly furnished apartment in Gemünd! Located directly at the national park gate, beautiful hikes (e.g. Eifelsteig, Wildnistrail) or enjoyable bike tours can be enjoyed from here. In summer, the nearby outdoor swimming pool offers the necessary refreshment. For everyday needs, there are various shopping facilities, all within walking distance. The following are very popular: Rursee, Vogelsang IP or the guided star hike.

This spacious house (55m2) is extremely suitable for hikers, cyclists and families with kids. Right next to the house is the Eifel National Park, and a few minutes' drive away is the Rursee. This is one of the largest reservoirs in Germany and offers many water sports opportunities. From the balcony, you have the most beautiful view of the village, over the beautiful mountain landscape of the Eifel.
