Everything is crooked & lopsided and low! Back-to-basic, cozy chatter instead of beeps but with infrared sauna. Lovely to relax before you roll into the nice double bed. To wake up in the morning with (or by) the smell of freshly baked rolls (bakery around the corner). Here you forget the hectic and stress of everyday life!

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. Spacious apartment in a fantastic location in Simmerath-Dedenborn, located directly on the Rur. Our house is the ideal starting point for hikes on the Eifelsteig, around the Rursee and in the national park. From the private balcony you have a magnificent view of the Rur. Distance to the supermarket: 8 km From January 1, 2025, you will have to pay us an overnight accommodation fee (5% of the booking price) in cash. This amount must be passed on 1:1 to the municipalities!

Sleep and stay in a more than 300-year-old cloth maker's house right in the heart of Monschau.
