Our house is in a beautiful location, in Posterbos Park. Located on the edge, with a large garden with plenty of privacy facing the sunny south. The house has been completely renovated, including a new kitchen, a new bathroom and a new floor. The house is equipped with atmospheric Philips HUE lighting. The large glass facade at the rear is unique. In the living room, a staircase leads to the mezzanine with a double box spring bed. At the front is a second bedroom with a double bed.

We offer a granny apartment in our house in Gillrath with its own entrance in the countryside and yet a few minutes by car from the city of Geilenkirchen with very good bus and train connections to Aachen, Düsseldorf and Cologne. In the village of Gillrath is the historic steam train station. There are many opportunities for cycling, hiking and excursions. Several recreational areas are nearby, as is the Dutch border.

Our lovingly restored apartments are located in a former barn of our organic farm. The approximately 300-year-old farm is located in the middle of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette Nature Park. In the immediate vicinity is Lake Borner and Lake Harik. We cultivate permanent pasture with a suckler cow herd, consisting of approx. 20 animals that spend the summer in the pastures. Our farm is home to our friendly dog named Costa.
