This house provides a wonderful holiday feeling due to its beautiful location by the water, on the Maasplassen and almost against the center of the atmospheric fortified town of Stevensweert. The house was completely renovated in 2023. The house is located in the holiday park Porte Isola, and in the nearby area, you can enjoy hiking and biking. Endless enjoyment - near the water!

The vacation home is located in Asselt, directly on the Asseltse lakes and close to Roermond (4 km). The house has a cozy living room, spacious dining room and kitchen with combination microwave. Upstairs, there are 3 spacious bedrooms (2 king-size beds, 2 single beds) a bathroom with bathtub, double sink and separate shower. The garden faces east and has a beautiful sunrise over the meadows, the water and the beautiful nature.

A cosy, modernised former half farmhouse on the outskirts of the village. Unfortunately, we are tied to city life and cannot always be in this beautiful area. Countless possibilities for hiking, cycling, sailing, fishing, etc. Approx. 20-30 minutes' walk to the Woffelsbach am Rursee with its great boat trips. Organic farm in the same place. Dogs and children are welcome) On request, more sleeping places may also be possible.
