Zum Zentrum von Herzogenrath nur 3km. 15km nach Aachen. 2km nach Kerkrade. Wohnung wurde komplett mit neuen Möbel ausgestattet und vorher Renoviert. Direkt vor der Tür kann man kostenlos Parken. Bus Verbindungen unmittelbar 3min fussläufig erreichbar. Optimal für Pinkpop und Chio. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon. Der große Garten darf auch zum Grillen benutzt werden

A private garden with seating areas and a canopy if you want to sit outside and the weather is a bit worse. Sunbathe, go into the woods for cycling or walking, it's all possible here.
