Spaziergänge im Schnee und die wohlige Wärme im Häuschen sorgen für Entspannung & Gemütlichkeit. Im Sommer lädt der Badesee mit Strand zum Schwimmen & Wassersport ein. Es gibt keinen direkten Seeblick (Bäume davor), doch der wundervolle Viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' ist in zwei Minuten erreichbar (100m), wo man nachts die Sterne ungestört beobachten kann.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Diese wunderschöne Wohnung liegt in einem verkehrsberuhigtem Wohngebiet in Feldrandlage in einer Sackgasse. Sie liegt verkehrsgünstig zwischen Köln, Aachen und Düsseldorf. Diese Städte sind vom Hbf Düren sehr gut mit dem Zug erreichbar. Die Eifel ist in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Das Zentrum der Stadt Düren befindet sich 3 km entfernt von der Wohnung. Zudem ist die Lage ideal als Start von Radtouren entlang der Rur.

Unser denkmalgeschütztes Ferienhaus mit ca. 95 qm Wohnfläche befindet sich in der Nähe der Altstadt von Nideggen. Zwischen Marktplatz und Burg, ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem mitten im Geschehen. In wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie das Zentrum von Nideggen mit seinen schönen Cafés und Restaurants, wo sicher für jeden etwas dabei ist. Bis zur Burg sind es ca. 100 m. Von unserem Haus können Sie ebenfalls wunderbare Wanderungen in die nähere Umgebung wie das Rurtal oder die Kletterfelsen starten.

Das Eifelloft21 steht oberhalb des charmanten kleinen Dörfchens Hammer. Es ist renoviert, aber der Charme des Holzhauses ist erhalten geblieben. Die Doppelhaushälfte bietet auf ca. 50 qm Platz für zwei Personen. Durch das offene Wohnkonzept hat man von überall einen sagenhaften Ausblick in die Natur, nur das WC ist mit einer Tür getrennt. Vom Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche betritt man den Balkon. Rursee, Hohe Venn und Monschau in der Nähe. Preis inkl. 5% Eifeler Übernachtungspauschale.

Schönes Ferienhäuschen in Obermaubach mit Seeblick

Das kleine Ferienhaus bietet Ruhe und Entspannung. Mit Vogelgezwitscher und den ersten Sonnenstrahlen über dem Berg wachen Sie in dem gemütlichen Bett unter den Dachschrägen des Hauses auf. Obermaubach bietet einen Stausee mit Eis, Kaffee und Tretbooten. Wander- und Radwege in der Natur soviel das Herz begehrt. Die Terrasse vor dem Haus bietet Entspannungsmöglichkeiten mit Blick über den See. Mit Glück fliegt abends eine Fledermaus vorbei. Besuchen Sie uns gerne. 🏔❤️

Kornelius I - a nice apartment with garden

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Relax in our special and quiet accommodation! The newly furnished apartment for up to 4 people with about 60 square metres is distributed over two floors. To be highlighted are a fully equipped kitchen, TV, sofa bed, large panoramic windows, a cosy box spring bed, the private terrace with outdoor seating and ample customer parking spaces. The panoramic window of the holiday accommodation is oriented towards the sunrise and forest. We are looking forward to your visit!
