Chalet holiday rentals in Innsbruck-Land District

Really nice and cozy place with fantastic views of the mountain panorama. Direct trail entrance is just in front of the house. We were happy to use the sauna at the end of the day. We can only recommend a visit to the restaurant. Will be happy to come again on occasion.

Beautifully appointed Austrian Chalet in a wonderful place. Lovely & warm, great facilities, fabulous views of the mountains. Short walk into the beautiful town of Seefeld. Great spacious, spotless chalet with a wonderful helpful host. 10 min walk to restaurants, shops, ski bus & the centre of the village.

**5-star rating for Martin** Staying at Martin's place was absolutely amazing! Check-in was super friendly and uncomplicated – I felt immediately welcome. The apartment is superbly equipped and really nothing was missing. Everything was incredibly clean and the quality of the place exceeded my expectations. Thanks for this great place to stay! I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I've stayed in so many places but I've honestly never met a more accommodating host than Carole. Nothing was too much trouble, from doing our washing during our 2 week stay (and there was lots of it), to lending us items, to ordering a fire stick for the TV and bringing us delicious baked goodies it was all son thoughtful and appreciated. Aside from Carole, the apartment was equally great, beautifully crafted and well equipped and amazing under floor heating. Our stay in Telfes was one for the books. 10 out of 10!

The house exceeded our expectations. I would say the listing does not do this amazing place justice. The house very comfortably accommodated 6 adults, a baby and a dog. Everyone had their privacy and the kitchen and dining room were perfect for us to hang out and had everything we needed for our trip The deck and the heated pool were an amazing addition and made our stay feel very luxurious. The house is not central in Seefeld but everything is in a walkable distance giving it a perfect balance between privacy and fun. Communication was not direct with the owners however everything went very smoothly. Would 200% recommend Haus Eibl for a family vacation

Thanks to flexible check-in time we had a relaxed arrival and were greeted personally and warmly. Even during the stay, the hosts were always available and helpful. The house was clean and looked as cozy as the pictures. There was only one shower that was sufficient for our group of 6, but also a hot tub, infrared sauna, washing machine and dishwasher. The location is great and several ski resorts as well as other attractions are quickly accessible by car. We all had a great week!

Everything was great house great location , we were 9 and were here for hiking, right in the forest hiking trail signs. I'd love to come back.

For a ski group of 12 people, this holiday home is simply recommended. Plenty of parking space for up to 5 cars is available and the kitchen/dining room is large enough that everyone can eat together. The equipment in the kitchen is also very good and should something be missing, the owners Mario and Lisi have always tried to help us there super quickly. The bedrooms all have their own bathroom, where there is nothing to complain about. The ski cellar with ski boot dryer is also a dream. The ski bus can be reached in about 6 minutes in full ski contour. Overall, the cottage is beautifully decorated, well appointed and thought out. The owners are very easy to contact and try to help with any questions or problems. We definitely had a great time and would love to come again! Thank you to Mario and Lisi for their efforts

We enjoyed the stay very much. The surroundings were beautiful and had a lot of privacy. Is also ideal for families as the playground as well as the farm animals are nearby.
