WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

The apartment is on the 1st floor of a two-family house and was completely renovated and newly furnished at the beginning of 2023.

So close to the city and yet in the middle of nature! 2-room basement apartment (eat-in kitchen with pull-out day bed, bedroom with water bed), of course with bathroom, toilet and private entrance. The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location at the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" also convinces with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.

Diese besondere und ruhige Unterkunft befindet sich einem der ältesten Stadteile Innsbrucks, nur 10 Minuten von der Altstadt und 5 Minuten von der Natur entfernet. Als Teil der Tourismusregion Innsbruck können wir euch die Welcome Cards zur Verfügung stellen. Entspann auf der privaten Terrasse, im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer oder genieße den Blick in den Himmel vom Bett. Das Apartment hat ein 160cm Doppelbett und ein 140cm Bett auf einer Hochebene (nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet).

Apartment Villa Sonnegg (20mins from Innsbruck), is a stylish & super cosy 60 qm unique flat on the upper level of our house under the roof with pitched roof (entrance is shared). Two bedrooms; well-equipped kitchen w. dining table & sofa bed; floor-heated rooms and access to the laundry. In the basement your private whirlpool outside, and indoor your private sauna and solarium! All free of charge. Perfect for two couples, a family, but it does sleep up to six people as well.

Meine Tiny Sport Base ist zwar ein kleines Gartenhaus, doch riesig an inneren und äußeren Werten. Speziell für Sportler und Abwechslung liebende Weltenbummer. Eine perfekte Base um Klettergärten, Alpine Routen, Skitourengebiete, Mountainbike Trails und Innsbruck zu erkunden. Im Mittelpunkt Europas gelegen biete ich auch Yoga und Persönlichkeits- & Markenentwicklung an. In meiner Tiny Sport Base werden Sportler, Minimalisten und bewusste Menschen eine einmalige Zeit erleben.

We rent out our log cabin in a very quiet location with a wonderful view and an extremely cosy atmosphere. It has been lovingly renovated. Our guests have access to: a large living room, a new kitchen, a sunny conservatory, a bedroom, a small bedroom, an entrance hall, a bathroom and a WC. Also: a large terrace and a large garden for guests to use. Private parking space. Of course, we are happy to provide information to our guests and are usually available in person.

It has bright living-dining area with modern fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, floor heating, free Wi-Fi and a very large private terrace. From there you can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains and Inn valley, both in summer and winter.

Cozy apartment with balcony right in the center in the old town of Innsbruck. All sights are within 300m walking distance. The apartment is in the pedestrian zone so there is no traffic noice. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and all cooking utensils. Living room with sofa bed, fire TV stick and radio. Central heating with thermostat available. Welcome card is included. Free city buses.

Inn Apart Tirol, Premium, Kellerjoch

The premium apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. A highlight is our terrace with mountain views. You can relax in your own hot tub & sauna, which are located on the spacious terrace. This is a premium studio apartment. The kitchen and the living and sleeping area are in the same room. There is a king-size bed for two people, and a sofa bed can be prepared for two more people (located in the same room!)
