The holiday apartment 'Haus Excelsior Top 36' is located in Seefeld in Tirol and overlooks the mountain. The 25 m² property consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a living-bedroom area and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV; on top of that, a shared sauna is also provided for your enjoyment. A washing machine and a dryer are available for a fee. There is also a baby cot and a high chair available on request for a fee.

Small but nice, top renovated apartment in the heart of Seefeld to rent. The apartment consists of a 25 sqm living room/bedroom. In the kitchen there is everything to prepare small delicacies. 2 hotplates, microwave with baking function, toaster, Coffee capsule machine (coffee capsules free) and coffee maker French press, kettle ......... The bathroom has a barrier-free shower and toilet. From the balcony you have a very nice view of the mountains.

This is a premium studio apartment. The kitchen and the living and sleeping area are in the same room. There is a king-size bed for two people, and a sofa bed can be prepared for two more people (located in the same room!)
