Im Jahr 2024 wurde der ehemalige Heustadel in ein modernes, stilvolles Chalet verwandelt, das den Charme der Vergangenheit mit modernstem Komfort vereint. In the middle of the forest in Neuleutasch lies this gem for your soul. The villages of Seefeld and Leutasch are a few minutes' drive away. “Mei chalet” offers enough space for 8 guests and nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation with family or friends. In the spring and summer you will only be awakened by the chirping of birds, in the fall now and then by a roaring deer and in the winter the quietly falling snowflakes hardly manage to disturb the absolute tranquility.

Apartment Villa Sonnegg (20mins from Innsbruck), is a stylish & super cosy 60 qm unique flat on the upper level of our house under the roof with pitched roof (entrance is shared). Two bedrooms; well-equipped kitchen w. dining table & sofa bed; floor-heated rooms and access to the laundry. In the basement your private whirlpool outside, and indoor your private sauna and solarium! All free of charge. Perfect for two couples, a family, but it does sleep up to six people as well.

The Wichtelhütte accommodates 4 people. Thanks to its unique location at the edge of the forest, the property is perfect for enjoying and relaxing. The cabin features 3 single beds and one double bed. After a wonderful day in nature, you can relax in your very own private stainless steel hot pot. In just a 5-minute walk, you can reach the Plattnerhof, where you can enjoy a farmer's breakfast upon request, use the wellness area, or visit the many animals.

We are on a trip through Europe and want to give guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in this unique chalet. The location directly at the ski lift and the toboggan run leaves nothing to be desired. Whether winter sports or mountain hikes in summer, it is on the doorstep. After active days, the sauna and the jacuzzi invite you to relax. Our wine cellar offers you the right space for a good wine. For special requests we are at your disposal

Located in the center of a beautiful mountain village, minutes away from the ski resort with plenty of winter sports from ski touring, tobogganing and winter hiking just outside your door. A free bus is available for all guests (staying 2 nights or longer) from St. Sigmund to Kühtai. Public transportation is available from Innsbruck.

This is a premium studio apartment. The kitchen and the living and sleeping area are in the same room. There is a king-size bed for two people, and a sofa bed can be prepared for two more people (located in the same room!)
