The large glass front opens up the view of the mountains. Ski lift, toboggan run, cross-country trails, hiking trails and Lake Achen are just a few minutes' walk from MALIA. When evening falls and it gets quiet in Pertisau, the MALIA becomes a little more at home. Here you sit together, laugh and forget the time.

The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

My accommodation offers a breathtaking view of the city and the mountains. You'll love my place because of its unique location. You have a view in all directions and of all the mountains around Innsbruck. Parking in the courtyard can be rented in addition. The Welcome Card can be issued in advance if pre-check-in is used. In this case, the local tax (€4 per person per day) applies and is not included in the accommodation price.

Stone pine apartment

This is an stone pine apartment in the center of Innsbruck. The train station, the old town and public transport are within 5 minutes walking distance. The rooms and the furnishings are mostly made of Swiss stone pine, the double beds are equipped with the pinura pine sleep system and guarantee a pleasant and wonderful feeling of lying and sleeping. Shops, restaurants, a bakery for breakfast are in the immediate vicinity.

With the unmistakable charm of a Tyrolean country house, the Adlerhof offers almost everything that makes BEAUTIFUL LIVING in the Alps so appealing. The casual and individual charm, the loving ambience and the pleasant surroundings convey a feeling of BEING AT HOME. This room does not have a kitchen.

We are situated in a wonderful, quiet location on the edge of the forest at the end of a private road. Here, foxes and hares say goodnight to each other, yet we are just a few minutes' drive from the centre of Innsbruck. Rum offers a very good infrastructure and bus connections to Innsbruck and Hall. The guest room has its own car park.

Ferienhaus Artho, a Stubai Super Card partner company, is a wooden house in the center of Neustift with the bus stop right in front of the house! Only a 5-minute walk to the center where there are numerous restaurants, pubs and 2 supermarkets. Very familiar!
