The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

The modern furnished apartment Au offers 95 square meters of space for families of up to 5 people. In the spacious open-plan living-kitchen area, there is a complete kitchen (dishwasher/microwave) with dining area. The living area offers a comfortable chill corner with a flat-screen TV. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double box spring bed, the second with a comfortable box spring sofa and TV. A large bathroom, toilet and beautiful terrace complete the apartment. Casa Laura

In the heart of the western low mountain range lies the picturesque Götzens. My place is centrally located in a quiet location. Innsbruck is a 15-minute bus or car ride away. Shopping and culture in the Alpine environment! In the immediate vicinity are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor. There is also an indoor swimming pool, skating rink and a tennis court nearby. The ski resort is 300 m away and is a 5-minute walk. Pets are not allowed.

Vacation home Serlesblick

The Serlesblick apartment is located in our apartment building on the 2nd floor. It consists of two bedrooms (each with a double bed), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a spacious living room, a large bathroom with shower, anteroom, 2 balconies and a parking space right in front of the house. An electric charging station is available for electric cars. The apartment Hochserles (for max. 6 people) belongs to us and is on the first floor of the house.
