Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Innsbruck-Land District

We stayed with Philipp for a week with three adults and three children for a week. The place was great for that. The bus stop is a one minute walk, two very good restaurants are also within walking distance. A small and a large supermarket are a very short drive away. The house is only about 100 meters away from the main road, but we never noticed any noise. The house itself is functional and cozily furnished, and was very clean. The living room is very spacious and invites you to relax, the kitchen is fully furnished, the bathroom and toilet are small but clean and modern. Only a filter coffee machine (or French Press) would be a good addition, the very small capsule machine was almost in continuous operation with us. 😉 The communication with Philipp was smooth and fast. All in all, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! Thank you!

Chosen for a month’s stay to ski at local resorts. Excellent location from that point of view (though you need a car with winter tires to get up and down the steep road to the property). Large house, very clean and neat, and host was very responsive and helpful.

Very nice farmhouse, perfect for groups. The amenities are great, the beds incredibly comfortable.

We stayed with the whole family over Christmas in Christian's cottage. Everything worked out great. The Stubai Valley is great to do so much. Be it tobogganing in Mieders and Fulpmes or the Stubai Glacier with Top of Tyrol. In addition, Innsbruck is not far away with the beautiful Christmas markets. A tree stand was also provided for us.

David is a great host. Check-in went smoothly even though we didn't arrive until around 10 pm. David lives 5 minutes from the accommodation and was able to drop off an iron at short notice, which we needed. The Super Card that David issued is awesome, as we were able to access the Stubai Glaciers and also tobogganing for free. Other other activities are also included in the maps. I recommend everyone to deal with the Super Card and the advantages beforehand, as I had unfortunately only learned about this on site from David. The accommodation is as described and these have been the coziest mattresses so far where everyone slept very well. You have to be friends with the fact that the bathrooms and toilets have no keys. Since we barely stayed at the property, we hid this. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped and a bakery is also just a 2 minute walk.

This place was perfect for our group of 8! The house is very spacious with a nice garden and the location is great for getting to Innsbruck by bus.

Sigrid welcomed us extremely warmly. She was always available for us and the cottage is really spotless, very well equipped and very attractively designed. We immediately felt very comfortable and enjoyed the stay. Next time, we'd like to stay a little longer. The bathroom, the well equipped kitchen and the living room with the bluetooth system and the fireplace, the games cellar and the beautiful terrace with grill and existing charcoal were all highlights for us. As well as the delicious cake that was ready for us on the table upon our arrival:) All in all, we would say eleven out of ten stars, we would love to come back and would recommend this place to anyone! The apartment is very clean, the linens are fragrant, anything is needed for a stay. The location a ten minute drive from downtown is convenient. Great private parking. We are very satisfied.

We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

We felt right at home here. Nice apartment, with a great location. Getting there is easy to do, but it's steep. The hostess and host are very friendly and helpful. The sandwich service is very nice. We will definitely be back here again!

Great place to stay! The apartment is very nice and corresponds exactly to the pictures. Everything was clean and well appointed. The city is within walking distance. The communication and check-in was very good and uncomplicated.

Martin's place was a great choice for our long stay. We liked the modern decor, TV with Netflix/YouTube, and its central location. WiFi was fast for remote working, and a grocery store and launderette were both very close by.

Clemens's place exceeded our expectations. It was very comfortable and practical. Kitchen, living room and bathroom were well equipped, and everything was very clean. The kids had fun with the many toys and comics that are in the apartment. For rainy days, Netflix was also available to us on the large TV. By public transport you can soon get to Innsbruck, the bus stop is practically in front of the apartment. Other beautiful excursion locations (Patscherkofel, Nordkette, etc.) are also directly and soon reachable by bus. Clemens is a great host - flexible, sympathetic and accommodating! The apartment captivates with its fantastic location with views of the Nordkette and the Inn Valley. It is completely quiet and inconsiderate, including the beautiful terrace that has sun all day. The apartment has a very cozy atmosphere and is equipped with everything you need. Christina and Ernst maintain a very personal and friendly interaction. You feel really welcome!

The place was very pleasant and exactly matched the pictures. Marco was kind and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We had a lot of fun and were able to enjoy our time to the fullest. Especially great was that we spent a few days in Mayerhofen to snowboard – a great experience! All in all a completely successful stay.

We had a great stay! The place is small, but very cozy and well equipped. For four people as part of an activity vacation, it was absolutely sufficient. We particularly enjoyed the clean and lovingly furnished apartment. A small note: For tall people, the sloping roof could be a bit challenging. Otherwise a clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back! 😊

An extremely clean and modern apartment. We chose it as we intended to bring our dog and it had a safe, fenced garden. The kitchen was well kitted out and some drinks awaited us in the fridge which was a nice touch. Instructions re check in etc were clear. Although with road works etc it was a little more complicated to find the property than expected. It might help to have an English option of instructions in the apt as everything was in German. A little folder of guest info would also be helpful too - local restaurants, attractions etc. There was a mini-market close by, and a playground, which we discovered by chance. The only issue we had in an overall lovely stay was the bedding. A heavier duvet would have been appreciated. The pillows (only 2) were small and very uncomfortable, more like small flat cushions. The sofa bed was not prepared in advance and bedding minimal. For an expensive apt out of the city I would have expected this to be better. Still a nice apt and good base!
