Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Innsbruck-Land District

We stayed with Philipp for a week with three adults and three children for a week. The place was great for that. The bus stop is a one minute walk, two very good restaurants are also within walking distance. A small and a large supermarket are a very short drive away. The house is only about 100 meters away from the main road, but we never noticed any noise. The house itself is functional and cozily furnished, and was very clean. The living room is very spacious and invites you to relax, the kitchen is fully furnished, the bathroom and toilet are small but clean and modern. Only a filter coffee machine (or French Press) would be a good addition, the very small capsule machine was almost in continuous operation with us. 😉 The communication with Philipp was smooth and fast. All in all, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! Thank you!

This place is charming, so private, quiet and welcoming. The garden and the nature around the house are beautiful. In the same time the “welcome card” is so useful. It means you can travel gratis to Innsbruck and all around it. The bus regularly circulate s, at each aprox 15min. and you are in the city center very quickly. At the Tourism Office you can obtain a list with all the possibilities of traveling in the region, we did it a lot. We had a perfect time at Georg and recomend this choice.

Lovely property set in beautiful surroundings. Decor was gorgeous really well thought about, and they had thought of all the little touches to make you feel at home. Accommodated 5 of us perfectly. Sauna and wine cellar were a bonus! Nice walks..and good public transport to Innsbruck and ski resorts, which we used and were approx 30 mins away.. Host was helpful and responded promptly when needed. would definitely stay here again...miss it already!!

This place was perfect for our group of 8! The house is very spacious with a nice garden and the location is great for getting to Innsbruck by bus.

Sigrid welcomed us extremely warmly. She was always available for us and the cottage is really spotless, very well equipped and very attractively designed. We immediately felt very comfortable and enjoyed the stay. Next time, we'd like to stay a little longer. The bathroom, the well equipped kitchen and the living room with the bluetooth system and the fireplace, the games cellar and the beautiful terrace with grill and existing charcoal were all highlights for us. As well as the delicious cake that was ready for us on the table upon our arrival:) All in all, we would say eleven out of ten stars, we would love to come back and would recommend this place to anyone! Great spot just outside of Innsbruck which was a quick bus trip away. Little supermarket and cafe located just down the hill.

The apartment is very clean, the linens are fragrant, anything is needed for a stay. The location a ten minute drive from downtown is convenient. Great private parking. We are very satisfied.

Comfortable apartment, close to the Rosshutte lift (about 10 minutes walking in a slow pace) and close to the Seefeld city center (about 10 minutes walking), which is a charmy city with good restaurantes and stores in general.

The only minus point I can think of was that the wifi did not work (well). Everything else was great! Very nice tour when we arrived and tips for the area. We also received a welcome card for Innsbruck after filling in the details. Here are instructions again! So really great!

We really had a wonderful time in Neustift. The apartment was as on the pictures and very nicely decorated. You had everything you needed and the communication went smoothly. David was always very quick to respond to questions and his parents were always there when we had questions and helped right away. We felt super comfortable! We had a great time at Landhaus Ganghofer! The location is great - we were able to start all the hikes from the doorstep. We arrived with two toddlers and we didn't miss anything! We would definitely recommend the place!!!

The stay with our dog was very nice. The apartment offers everything you need. The apartment is cleaned.

The apartment is spacious, clean and very convenient. From there, the center of Seefeld can be reached in less than ten minutes. The pictures reflect the actual state of the apartment. The hosts were quite reactive and all information needed came in due time.

The apartment captivates with its fantastic location with views of the Nordkette and the Inn Valley. It is completely quiet and inconsiderate, including the beautiful terrace that has sun all day. The apartment has a very cozy atmosphere and is equipped with everything you need. Christina and Ernst maintain a very personal and friendly interaction. You feel really welcome!

The place was very pleasant and exactly matched the pictures. Marco was kind and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We had a lot of fun and were able to enjoy our time to the fullest. Especially great was that we spent a few days in Mayerhofen to snowboard – a great experience! All in all a completely successful stay.

For me, it was the perfect place to stay, especially because I had to go to the ice rink every day and my day was so perfectly planable. It was also very pleasant to have your own car parking space! The apartment was very spacious and well divided for me alone!

Love this place! Came back for the second time to ski and it was just as wonderful. Check in is easy, you are walking distance to the furnicular into town, and the apartment is everything you need. Hope to come again in the future.

My family and I came to ski abroad for the first time and couldn't have chosen better. The location of the apartment was close to everything - Innsbruck, skiing like Axamer Lizum or Mutterer Alm. Great is that the place has its own parking. Very beautiful, clean and cozy apartment. We were very satisfied and would come back for a summer vacation. This area has activities for both winter and summer. We had a great time, even thanks to a great place to stay that we loved to come back to every day.

An extremely clean and modern apartment. We chose it as we intended to bring our dog and it had a safe, fenced garden. The kitchen was well kitted out and some drinks awaited us in the fridge which was a nice touch. Instructions re check in etc were clear. Although with road works etc it was a little more complicated to find the property than expected. It might help to have an English option of instructions in the apt as everything was in German. A little folder of guest info would also be helpful too - local restaurants, attractions etc. There was a mini-market close by, and a playground, which we discovered by chance. The only issue we had in an overall lovely stay was the bedding. A heavier duvet would have been appreciated. The pillows (only 2) were small and very uncomfortable, more like small flat cushions. The sofa bed was not prepared in advance and bedding minimal. For an expensive apt out of the city I would have expected this to be better. Still a nice apt and good base!

We (family with child) can only recommend the accommodation. Very accommodating host, clean and very pleasantly furnished apartment and good location. We felt more than comfortable and would be happy to come back.
