Regardless of the season, this is the perfect place for those who love the outdoors and relaxation. Swimming dock with rowing boat straight below the house. Cycling and hiking trails just around the corner. In winter, when the ice is on, you can walk to the ski slope in 10 minutes or take the car in 3. Free electric car charging. In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Up to 8 people. In this beautiful, design-drawn lake house, you can enjoy Jämtland's nature completely undisturbed. Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Approximately 20 minutes from Östersund & about 1 hour to Årefjällen or Bydalsfjällen. Made beds, towels & coffee can already be found in the house. (Car required) Interested in more service from us? About 1 kilometer to Blästervallen with all possible services needed for the perfect winter holiday. 5 minutes by car from Vemdalen By which has all the necessary service all year round. Charging box from Zaptec of 11 kW, price per KwH according to agreement. Type 2 cable is available.

Cozy small log cabin that is best suited for two persons but has four beds. View over lake and mountains. Private driveway and place for parking at the cabin. Patio with table and chairs in summer. Pets are welcome (but not in the beds) Remember to bring bed sheets and towels or let me know if you want to rent. Cleaning is not normally included let me know if you want to buy cleaning.
