The B&B is close to Fukuoka City's state-owned Kaichu-do Seaside Park, with equestrian clubs, yacht clubs and golf courses nearby. On weekends and holidays, many citizens come to relax and vacation. On weekdays, it is a good place for overseas niche vacationers. Adjacent to Hakata Bay and Genkai Beach, the beach is fully equipped and has many favorite fishing spots for sea anglers.
