Although it is a managed villa area, the grounds are also surrounded by greenery, so it is a highly private, single-family rental villa. It is a 3-minute walk to the entrance of the scenic Monawaki Suspension Bridge, and the national park promenade along the coast is ideal for a morning walk, taking about 40 minutes to complete one round. Izu Ocean Park and Ocean BBQ are a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive away. You can see the Pacific Ocean from the suspension bridge and lighthouse, about a 5-minute walk, and if you're lucky, you can see a sea turtle swimming. It is about a 20-minute walk from Jogasakikaigan Station, and there are 2 free electric assist bicycles in the facility, so you can go shopping in about 10 minutes to a supermarket or convenience store without a car. Off season (excluding Golden Week, summer vacation, New Year's Eve, Saturdays, and holidays), early check-in is free unless there is a reservation the day before, so please take a walk to the suspension bridge or prepare a BBQ while you are waiting for the hot spring.

The building is a renovated log house built in 1979, and the renovation was completed in September 2021. This is a private cottage with a stylish, modern design where you can enjoy a BBQ, campfire and sauna under a stretch tent while watching the dramatic changing view of Mt. Fuji. There is a permanent stretch tent on the terrace that leads from the living-dining room. The open kitchen, which extends beyond the bar counter, creates an open-plan space. 90 minutes by car from Tokyo, 5 minutes by car from Yamanakako IC, and 20 minutes by car from Gotemba IC. It also has good access to sightseeing spots around the five lakes of Mt. Fuji, so it is recommended for family trips and workations.
