Located on the ground floor of the villa (ground floor of the pool) it is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port, its shops, bars... You will appreciate my accommodation for its location, its comfort and its calm with also the sound of the sea!

Une vue splendide face à l'océan, sur toute la partie droite de la baie et l'entrée du chenal. La plage et le remblai à quelques pas ! Pour votre confort, une place de stationnement gratuite vous est réservée durant la saison estivale sur juin/juillet/août. Parking à 10mn à pied du logement. Tout est prévu pour vous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions. À bientôt !

In July and August, rental is for a minimum of 7 nights Possibility of two additional people in the 27 m² fully equipped studio adjoining the house (kitchen, dishes, shower, toilet) Extra charge for the studio per night April/May: 40€ June: 45€ July / August: 50€

I offer guests a cottage attached to my primary residence. Access through a gate is shared. The private entrance gives you access to the cottage. The property is in the village of Jard-sur-Mer. You have access to all shops within 100 meters. The beach is 1 km away. Meals can be enjoyed and long naps can be taken outside out of sight Garden table, chairs and BBQ are at your disposal
