Our listed holiday home with approx. 95 square meters of living space is located close to the old town of Nideggen. Between the market square and the castle, quietly located but still in the middle of the action. In a few minutes you can reach the center of Nideggen with its beautiful cafes and restaurants, where there is sure to be something for everyone. It is about 100 m to the castle. From our house you can also start wonderful hikes to the surrounding area such as the Rurtal or the climbing rocks.

Wooden house flair near Aachen

The wooden house is located in a quiet residential area not far from Aachen. The forest, with the local recreation area Wurmtal, begins one street further. The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). Breakfast is available on request for an additional charge.

The cozy, quietly located 75 m² 4-bed non-smoking wooden house on a 900 m² property, of which 850 m² is completely fenced, with 12 m² south balcony and 20 m² non-viewable terrace has telephone and Internet (with netbook and Wi-Fi), a 112 cm LCD TV as well as highchair and crib. Hairdryer, blender, spices, iron and ironing board. A washing machine and dishwasher are provided. Dishwashing, cleaning and laundry detergent, toilet and kitchen paper as well as garbage bags are provided.

My 2 rooms are on the 2nd floor and are centrally located in a very quiet residential development. The subway is within walking distance. From there you can reach the following places very quickly: - Old Town & City Center - 9 minutes - Königsallee 8 min - Main train station - 5 minutes - Messe Düsseldorf 29 minutes (1 transfer) Supermarkets, pharmacies, Starbucks, McFit and a Portuguese restaurant are right around the corner (approx. 400 m) and within walking distance.

The A52 and A44 highways are 5 minutes away and the city center is 10 minutes away.

The apartment is on the second floor of an old limestone building, around 350 years old. You sleep right under the roof in a cosy little bedroom or on a convertible sofa. The Dutch and German border are both about 8 km away.
