The apartment is designed very openly - this is beautiful - but be aware of it! :) Within just a few minutes, you can find Kassel’s most attractive cafés and restaurants, and within a short walking distance, there are bars, clubs, the theatre, a Rewe supermarket and a bakery.

One other person can sleep on a sofa bed. The apartment was newly built in a listed building (2 parties). Parking is sufficiently available on the street.

In the Philosophenweg in Kassel, quietly located and yet very central, just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Karlsaue. The apartment has a large living room with dining area. Three cozy bedrooms. A corner bathtub with rain shower, a fireplace and a small terrace are available for our guests. Well suited for families and nice meetings with friends.

The studio flat is part of a family home with a separate front entrance. Access to the outside dining and bbq area can be arranged upon request. Two supermarkets are within 10min walking distance for self-catering in the fully equipped kitchen.
