Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Kassel braucht. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Das moderne Bad hat eine große Dusche.

All hotspots (UNESCO World Heritage Site Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe, Anthroposophical Center, Congress Palace Stadthalle, etc.) are easily accessible. The ICE train station can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The kitchen is not integrated in the apartment, but there is an option to make tea or coffee. A small refrigerator (non-alcoholic beer and mineral water at your disposal!) is available.

There are several restaurants and shopping facilities close to the flat. The flat is located in a quiet side street.

The next tram station is about 50 metres away from the apartment. Even though the apartment is situated in a very crowded area, inside the house it's really quiet.
