Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Kiel Canal

We had a nice extended weekend and enjoyed the cottage and sauna very much to just get out. With Jörg, everything was super straightforward and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

The house was larger than described. It was very nice with many rooms, each room nice and large with a wardrobe and drawers. The house, very bright, is surrounded by nature, with many trees all around, where you can hear the rustling of the trees, the birds. Really very nice! There was a table, chairs and a hammock in the garden. What we noticed above all is the cleanliness, it was impeccable, everything very clean. Of course you need a car to get around because there are no sidewalks even if the village is close. Anyway, a very nice experience. Then the hostess is really very nice, kind, responds immediately and listens to suggestions. Thanks Heike for everything!

The home was a perfect fit for our stay of 6 adults and a baby. The home was cozy and with a lovely garden. Maivand was welcoming and helpful during the stay ☀️

The cottage is very cozy. There are 2 nice terraces, one of which is sheltered from the wind, where you can still have sunlight in the evening. The garden is huge and even has a nice fireplace. You can hear the sea rushing in the garden and it is a few minutes' walk to the beach with a jetty. The furnishings are rather simple, but good, nothing is missing. A very nice place where time stands still and where you can wonderfully relax. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you!

We had a great few days and the place was great. The terrace and garden are very nice and you can relax very well here and enjoy the time. The communication was very pleasant and straightforward ☺️

Lennart's house is without a doubt a stroke of luck and a gem among the Airbnb apartments. Not only is the house a great place for families. The house is furnished with an exceptionally much love for detail (in every room, paper baskets, eyeglass cleaning cloths, nice decorations). Not only should you feel comfortable here, you should not lack anything you need. The house and especially the kitchen are perfectly equipped. We were warmly welcomed by Anja, she is available to guests for all questions. For us, the stay was definitely worth 6 out of 5 stars.

We were 4 adults, 1 child and 1 dog visiting Jytte, and despite the rain most of the stay, we had a great time! Really cozy summerhouse with good amenities such as shelter, large terrace and fenced garden: -). The area is also super nice to go for walks in.

We spent a wonderful family holiday (three generations & dog) in Simone and Nicole's cottage. In the conservatory we could watch deer and rabbits at every meal. You also have a magnificent view over the countryside, while you can relax in the hammock. The house is super well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. It is ideal for families with children: there is a children's sink in the large bathroom, security doors by the stairs, lots of games, great murals and children's dishes. A highlight for our children was the candy dispenser and the Sega Mega System. In short: the cottage is highly recommended!

We stayed at this lovely place for March and April and immediately felt at home. 🏡 Every corner is filled with rustic, tasteful decorations, cozy lighting, and plenty of electric plugs.🔌At first, learning to manage the wood-burning stove was an adventure, but it soon became a meditative and charming part of our days, especially with Charlotte’s beautiful, light-filled garden in view. The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking 🍳. The house is spacious for two, with a lovely glass entrance area ideal for coffee ☕ and garden views, plus charming handmade touches like colorful knitted covers and the "Meditation Snake" 🐍. If the house is lovely, Charlotte and her sweet dog Emil are even lovelier 🦮🧍‍♀️— warm, attentive, and welcoming. Traveling daily to Sønderborg was easy, with trains every two hours 🚆 (just 15 minutes away). It was a wonderful experience, and we are so grateful to have stayed in such a beautiful, peaceful place. Such a cute small apartment with everything you need. Great shower, comfortable bed, small kitchen, quiet environment, uncomplicated communication... tip top... will be happy to come back if the homesickness gets too big.

Karin and Frank are very friendly hosts. The apartment is as described in the advertisement, everything very clean and tidy. There was nothing missing. The location is quiet and on the island you can see a lot and also relax well. We will be back.

Had a great stay at Inge's place. It was especially nice that we could always visit the cows with the children and there were a lot of play opportunities for the little ones. Inge was always quick to respond to inquiries and was very friendly. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. We recommend the place.

Hanne is a very nice and accommodating host. We had a long stay in her home, and everything went perfectly. The apartment is spacious, the kitchen is functional and has all the utensils you may need, the living room is spacious also with a large table and two sofas. We would highly recommend:)

We had a really lovely stay! Elisabeth was super friendly and welcoming and the cabin was really cozy. The wood-burning stove was great, as the weather was on the cool side. The free range hens were a huge hit with our 3 year old son :) We will definitely be back again!

Totally cozy and very nice host, we felt at home and it was even better than it looked in the pictures. It was so cuddly with the wood and fireplace. Very comfortable bed and peaceful atmosphere around the house! Too bad we were only there for 2 nights:)

Our expectations of a quiet, nature-oriented cabin by the forest have been exceeded! A super pleasant location with friendly hosts and very dear neighbors on the farm, which you rarely notice. You really feel undisturbed. The forest area is excellent for hiking and can be extended to some local attractions. It is just under 30 minutes by car to the North Sea coast, ideal for day trips over beautiful landscapes. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, also the communication with Markus was insightful, prompt and always friendly! We didn't use the sauna because we "unfortunately" had much too good weather. The cottage is well cared for, clean and simply cozy.
