This lovingly designed 30m² apartment is located in the quiet wing of an old building that has just been renovated. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking. The bed is 140x 200 cm. You also have access to the terrace. The apartment is centrally located, yet away from the hustle and bustle. You can reach the A44&A57 highways in just 10 minutes. Shopping facilities, restaurants and doctors are within walking distance. Free parking is available directly in front of the door.

Das 1-Zimmerapartment ist in der Garage unseres Hauses von 1957. Wir haben es im Jahr 2021 kernsaniert und in dem Zuge die Unterkunft mit ausgebaut. Sie befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtwald entfernt. Dieser lädt mit schönen Joggingstrecken, einem neu gestalteten Spielplatz, Bootsverleih und Biergarten zum Verweilen ein. Die Krefelder Innenstadt ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Auch wenn die Straße nicht so wirkt, ist es überraschend ruhig.

You will have your own 2 room flat , (2nd floor), no elevator, heavy suitcases are not recommended.The unit can be locked . 2 separate bedrooms, one has a matrimonial (180 cm x 200 cm ) bed, the other room has 2 single beds (100x90 cm). Kitchenette with Nespresso machine, ceran cooking, fridge, no dishwasher ! All rooms with central heating&windows. No TV - sorry Towels & bedlinen are provided

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Between Schwanenmarkt and Westwall is this bright and quiet 3-room apartment on the 4th floor. Equipped for up to 4 people and a pet. The Schwanenmarkt is 80 meters away, with Rewe and Rossmann, cafes and ice cream shops. If you need peace, an 11 m wide balcony to the rear courtyard is there for you. Beautiful tiny house with garden and terrace

Beautiful newly renovated 22 sqm cottage with private garden and terrace. Through the hallway in the main house you come into the garden, here is the entrance to our small but fine rear house. The floor consists of light exposed concrete with underfloor heating. The old ceiling beams were exposed and oiled. The bathroom floor has the original old Art Nouveau tiles. The small kitchenette was built by us from an old workbench.
