The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Charming apartment in a quiet residential complex located directly on the park, yet good connections Düsseldorf can be reached in about 20 minutes by car, tram stop to the center within walking distance. The apartment is nevertheless suitable for trade fair visitors, temporary workers or vacationers who are cheap AND want to stay in a top location of Krefeld nicely. The residential complex is located on a dead end street directly to a park with lake.

Although close to the city centre near the main shopping zone and restaurants; it is situated in a quiet neigbourhood. The city also offers music,culture and art at various locations. Das 1-Zimmerapartment ist in der Garage unseres Hauses von 1957. Wir haben es im Jahr 2021 kernsaniert und in dem Zuge die Unterkunft mit ausgebaut. Sie befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtwald entfernt. Dieser lädt mit schönen Joggingstrecken, einem neu gestalteten Spielplatz, Bootsverleih und Biergarten zum Verweilen ein. Die Krefelder Innenstadt ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Auch wenn die Straße nicht so wirkt, ist es überraschend ruhig.

The apartment is in the attic of a former farm from 1861, which was converted for residential purposes about 20 years ago. Four families live here. There is an office and this apartment. The Baackeshof, a monument, is located just a few hundred meters from the center of Krefeld and only 2 km from the Forstwald, a beautiful jogging forest. Quiet residential area, always parking in front of the door, also ideal for cyclists as there is good storage.
