Idyllic house on the Lower Rhine in Kevelaer

The lovingly renovated house is "a bit like before" with a large kitchen-living room, sofa and three bedrooms. In the courtyard there is a seating area with a grill and parking spaces for bicycles. We use it as a passage to our apartment. It is 50 meters to the supermarket, 500 meters to the pedestrian zone, 1.4 km to the train station. Families are welcome with us. The house has baby gates on the stairs. Be careful, the stairs are steep. I speak English, a little French, and my husband a little Dutch

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. My 2 rooms in the attic ( 2nd floor) is centrally located in a very quiet residential area. The metro is only a few minutes walk away. From there, you can get to the following places very quickly: - Old town & downtown 9 min. - Königsallee 8 min. - Central Station in 5 minutes - Messe Düsseldorf 29 min (1 time change) Supermarkets, pharmacies, Starbucks, Mc Fit and a Portuguese restaurant are right around the corner (about 400m) and within walking distance.

Welcome to our cozily furnished old semi-detached house for 2-3 people ( non-smokers) Quiet, but still centrally located, city center and highway towards Düsseldorf can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. Various shopping facilities nearby, bakery within walking distance. The house is located at the back of our property, we live in the front house with our dog (who is often in the separate garden) Longer stays are available on request.
