Übernachte auf einem niederrheinischen Hof in unserer kleinen, gemütlichen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich und mit natürlichen Baumaterialien errichtet worden. Eine Terrasse für den Kaffee am Morgen, oder ein Glas Wein am Abend wartet auf dich. Die Picknickwiese im Schatten der Bäume ist ein Ort an dem Kinder unbeschwert toben können. Unser Hof liegt ländlich und lädt zu Spaziergängen entlang der Niers ein. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind wir daher nicht gut erreichbar.

Das Duisburger Hausboot Lore im Herzen der City

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Our newly renovated apartment is located about 800m from the city centre of Krefeld with easy access to public transport and the main railway station. Although close to the city centre near the main shopping zone and restaurants; it is situated in a quiet neigbourhood. The city also offers music,culture and art at various locations. Dusseldorf Airport is only 20 minutes and central station 30 minutes by car. The apartment is suitable for couples, singles and business travellers.

Good transport connections to e.g. Duisburg, Venlo, Düsseldorf MESSE, Neuss. 1 combined living room/bedroom (140cm bed), 1 hallway with wardrobe, 1 bathroom (shower, toilet) and 1 kitchen (all things for daily use available). The door is lockable. 1 office chair for home office can be provided. There is 1 small table with 2 chairs in the front garden. English and French spoken. Welcome!

Schönes Tiny House mit Garten und Terrasse

Schönes frisch renoviertes 22qm Häuschen mit eigenem Garten und Terrasse. Durch den Flur im Haupthaus kommt ihr in den Garten, hier befindet sich der Eingang zu unserem kleinen aber feinen Hinterhofhäuschen. Der Fußboden besteht aus hellem Sichtbeton mit einer Fußbodenheizung. Die alten Deckenbalken wurden freigelegt und geölt. Der Boden im Badezimmer hat die original alten Jugendstilfliesen. Die kleine Küchenzeile wurde von uns aus einer alten Werkbank selbst gebaut.

Wir vermieten unsere 60qm große Einliegerwohnung im wunderschönen Meerbuscher Stadtteil Lank-Latum. Die Wohnung umfasst ein Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer mit Dusche / WC u. Waschtrockner, eine voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile, Spülmaschine u. Mikrowelle, einem Essplatz ( 4 Personen) sowie ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer. Zudem bietet die Wohnung eine eigene Außenterasse mit Sitzplätzen u. Sonnenschirm. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es auf der Straße vor dem Haus.
