The balcony overlooks the Karwendel Mountains to the south, the Wetterstein Mountains to the southwest and the Krottenkopf to the west.

This old building apartment has been newly and lovingly renovated by me and offers an unforgettable, unobstructed view with a south-facing balcony. I am sure you will love my home like me. Hikes or bike rides can start right outside the front door, and the ski slopes are also just a large meadow away. The nearest bus station is only about 200m away. In bad weather, there is a big TV with Netflix and fast wifi.

Geniest dort ein Frühstück bei aufgehender Sonne oder am Abend den Mond über dem Karwendel. Von hier aus könnt ihr super Wander- oder Radtouren in Kranzberg oder Karwendelgebiet unternehmen.
