Get to know the Bergisches Land and its surroundings: The apartment is quietly located in Remscheid-Süd. The location is predestined for excursions by e-bike, among other things, not just on the nearby routes. The old town of RS-Lennep offers a great atmosphere with many restaurants. With the attached house, we are happy to help and guide you as your host. In addition, the direct connection to the A1 highway opens up fast routes to the surrounding cities such as Cologne, Wuppertal and Düsseldorf.

Wiehl center is about 3 km away with various shops, bakeries and restaurants. Heating is provided by radiators connected to our heat pump, which is powered by green electricity. 🌿 Wellness-Oase am Rande eines Industriegebiets. Das Apartment ist ein Rückzugsort für Paare. Genießt entspannte Stunden in der eigenen Dampf-Sauna oder entspannt im Ganzjährigen Jacuzzi mit Panorama Blick auf wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Die Schiebefenster lassen sich alle zum Sonnen komplett öffnen. Leider ist die Momentane Internetverbindung noch nicht stabil, was zwischenzeitlich beim Tv zu Stockungen führen kann Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden, nur ein Stand Lüfter.

Spacious apartment in the listed manor house of a former estate. The half-timbered construction offers a pleasant indoor climate and for a cozy atmosphere in winter there is a fireplace. Two sleeping places are located in the 1.6 x 2 m double bed in the bedroom. Up to two more people can be accommodated on the pull-out sofa bed in the living room (1.45 x 1.95 m) In the immediate vicinity are a supermarket and a bus stop with good connections to Bergisch Gladbach and Cologne.

Located in the middle of the Bergisches Land in a small and quiet village, you can enjoy the tranquility on a separate and fenced property of 1,500 square meters. With a bit of luck you can watch deer, foxes, owls and rabbits.
