One has a double bed and the other has a 140cm stretch bed, as well as an 80cm wide top bed. The spacious kitchen-living room also has a sofa bed. The cottage has a separate toilet, as well as a sauna department on the cooling terrace. Enabled Elisa entertainment and Wi-Fi. The shop is about 4 km away, the slopes about 5 km and the ski slopes, snowmobile trails and hiking trails can be reached from the yard.

The cottage is perfect for families with children - there is a high chair and a travel crib. The cottage also has its own electric car charging facility. Rokovan Helmi - Natural peace in Ruka-Kuusamo

Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

With pets to a lakeside cabin to the Northeast

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

Our cabin has no running water and the toilet is outside.

Modern and cozy log villa Villa Joutsensalmi is located in Salmilampi, only a few minutes drive from the versatile services of Ruka city centre. Well-equipped Villa Joutsensalmi creates a great setting for an active getaway in all seasons in the unique Kuusamo nature. In summer and autumn, hiking and mountain biking trails can be reached from nearby areas. In winter and spring, you can access ski trails and snowmobile trails from the cottage's yard.

Saunalampi Cottage

We rent a traditional cottage from the basket of Kuusamo. Great views of the pond, which counts two separate rivers. Fishing, hunting, and hiking conditions nearby. Also barbecue. Note! Heating works with wood. Water comes from the pond in the cottage. (in winter manually and in summer from the faucet) Electricity works with solar panels and batteries.
