The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. A living house immersed in native forest, 4 blocks from the ocean and 5 minutes from La Paloma and La Pedrera. It has a private room with a double bed and a loft with two twin beds. The kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped and the living room is spacious and bright. You'll also find a wood stove, excellent WIFI connection, and a TV. The patio is private and fully fenced. The street entrance is shared for a few meters with another house, so it is safe, quiet and private.

Very comfortable house, fully equipped, family friendly. A few meters from La Balconada and three blocks from the center. The house has everything you need to enjoy an excellent vacation. Air conditioning in both rooms, wood-burning stove, smart TV, optional direct TV, WiFi, garage, two bicycles, washing machine, large barbecue with grill, wide background with tree-lined garden, alarm system with response. Beautiful and very warm log cabin, ideal for any time of year and to enjoy the beach, the forest and tranquility. It has WiFi. Located on a large plot of land and completely fenced, for your peace of mind it has an alarm and wooden posts in the openings. Beautiful and spacious wood stove, roofed deck with barbecue table, armchairs and Paraguayan hammock, has grill and stove in the garden. The cost of ute and ose is added separately.
