Espectacular casa donde literalmente sales al patio y llegas a la arena de la mejor playa del sector. La casa cuenta con 4 habitaciones, 3 baños completos y puede recibir cómodamente 14 personas. Es una casa sencilla, que cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para asegurar un buen descanso. Puedes estacionar en casa y caminar a los comercios cercanos. Si quieres ir al centro de La Paloma, son 7 minutos en auto. La casa se sitúa en un terreno de 2.000 mts2 que garantiza tu tranquilidad.

It has two bedrooms, one double and another can opt for two single or one double beds. Bathroom, living/dining room with wood stove and an integrated kitchen. Comfortable and simple guest house, attached to my house (I live next door). It has two bedrooms, a small but full bathroom accessed through one of the bedrooms, and a kitchen-dining room. A wood-burning stove, TV, and Wi-Fi. It has a private entrance, parking, barbecue and garden, which are shared spaces. Family-friendly and quiet atmosphere. The front garden and grill are shared. There are 4 houses in a row. I live in one. Each house has a small private patio at the back.

La Casita is very welcoming and is practically new. It has all the basic amenities, lots of light, tranquility and is in the middle of nature, close to the center but located in a beautiful land where we have let live the typical nature of La Paloma: beautiful pines, acacias, flowers and birds. If a beach day is desired, it is only a few blocks walk, or 5 minutes by car and we will find the white and fine sands and the vastness of the Atlantic Ocean on Anaconda Beach.

Serenamar Apartments in La Paloma. An apartment is rented - this is on the upper floor - within a module of 4, totally independent. Double bed in the bedroom and a trundle bed in the living room that can be used as two single beds. A few meters from Anaconda Beach. Beach and countryside house surrounded by magical nature. Located 13 km from La Pedrera and 21 km from Cabo Polonio. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, an outdoor grill, a laundry room, and large decks with tables. Ocean views from the living room, kitchen, and both bedrooms. From the living room you can see the sunrise at sea, and from the dining room the sunset in the countryside.
