Imagine waking up to the sound of birdsong, taking walks on the beach, enjoying the sun in the garden, and, in the evening, lighting the barbecue and sharing a family dinner.

Beautiful high house located in the center of La Paloma (200m from Av. Solari) and 200m from Playa del Faro. Independent access from the street by staircase, with terrace/balcony in front. It has two bedrooms, one double and another can opt for two single or one double beds. Bathroom, living/dining room with wood stove and an integrated kitchen. Great barbecue terrace overlooking the city and the Lighthouse of La Paloma. Large oceanfront balcony from master bedroom with ocean views

La Paloma downtown, Cuatrovientos family house.

Comfortable and simple guest house, attached to my house (I live next door). It has two bedrooms, a small but full bathroom accessed through one of the bedrooms, and a kitchen-dining room. A wood-burning stove, TV, and Wi-Fi. It has a private entrance, parking, barbecue and garden, which are shared spaces. Family-friendly and quiet atmosphere. The front garden and grill are shared. There are 4 houses in a row. I live in one. Each house has a small private patio at the back.

La Casita is very welcoming and is practically new. It has all the basic amenities, lots of light, tranquility and is in the middle of nature, close to the center but located in a beautiful land where we have let live the typical nature of La Paloma: beautiful pines, acacias, flowers and birds. If a beach day is desired, it is only a few blocks walk, or 5 minutes by car and we will find the white and fine sands and the vastness of the Atlantic Ocean on Anaconda Beach.

Direct access to the deck for convenience. Very good distribution of the rooms, all very spacious and bright. Alarm and Camera.

It has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, an outdoor grill, a laundry room, and large decks with tables. Ocean views from the living room, kitchen, and both bedrooms. From the living room you can see the sunrise at sea, and from the dining room the sunset in the countryside.
