Imagine waking up to the sound of birdsong, taking walks on the beach, enjoying the sun in the garden, and, in the evening, lighting the barbecue and sharing a family dinner.

Warm two-story wooden house on the beach in Punta Rubia, a quiet neighborhood on the dunes and meters from the sea. La Pedrera is 1 km away and Cabo Polonio is 37 km away. The promised beach! The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. La Casita is very welcoming and is practically new. It has all the basic amenities, lots of light, tranquility and is in the middle of nature, close to the center but located in a beautiful land where we have let live the typical nature of La Paloma: beautiful pines, acacias, flowers and birds. If a beach day is desired, it is only a few blocks walk, or 5 minutes by car and we will find the white and fine sands and the vastness of the Atlantic Ocean on Anaconda Beach.

Serenamar Apartments in La Paloma. An apartment is rented - this is on the upper floor - within a module of 4, totally independent. Double bed in the bedroom and a trundle bed in the living room that can be used as two single beds. A few meters from Anaconda Beach.
