Everything went well with our short stay. Communication with kimberly was perfect;) The accommodation is as in the photos, perfect, with the sun right on our terrace it's great! Only downside but regardless of Kimberly, the pool was not heated and therewere piles of hornets around

One month stay, close to the city center with shops. La Rochelle accessible by car, bus, bike or on foot. Lots of information from the host. Recommended

I will only repeat what has already been said... Very nice welcome thank you, the human contact still exists...there was good energy, good humor between all and all... Much better than a lockbox and emails. Even though the homes are glued no noise coming from the neighbors sound insulation very well. Very functional accommodation, 2 steps from the castle 2 steps from the market where you will find free shuttle to the Veillon beach in summer so very well... During the heat wave, it's very convenient because places are rare and plan for mosquito repellent they attack hard 😂 thank you, beautiful continuation to you, beautiful continuation to you

Great stay at Martine's. I have never rented an apartment so well equipped with materials (kitchen in particular) which is really very pleasant. Location in the center is perfect.

Frédéric's apartment is ideally located with a superb view of the sea and the harbor. The terrace is well exposed and sheltered from the prevailing winds, we had lunch in the sun at noon on December 23rd...! The equipment is enough for this type of accommodation, nothing to repeat. The cabin is indeed very narrow, large and/or large people will hardly be able to wash themselves. The bottom bed of 140 cm in the bedroom is inconvenient, insufficient height to sit down to read, entry and exit a little acrobatic and ladder flush with the head... That said, we had a nice stay and communication with Frédéric was always clear and cordial.

Very nice stay at Amandine's residence, very nice place as well as the host. Very well placed, you can everything by bike and on foot it was very nice. There are even free shuttles available. No car needed. The place is very clean, and very functional. No complaints. And little touches upon arrival. I would recommend it 100%

Perfect place to stay a week in La Rochelle

A perfect stay. Great location. We enjoyed the amenities of the residence, the harbor, shops and restaurants in less than 10 minutes on foot and the many possibilities of bike rental. Small well-equipped studio for 2 people in a very quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend this rental.

Our short stay went very well. The accommodation is very bright with its large floor-to-ceiling windows and very quiet. It is very well decorated and very well equipped. The reserved parking space and the possibility of staying with your pet are very much appreciated. The setting is pleasant (green spaces, flowers and trees). We will be back out of season without hesitation.

Very nice stay, from start to finish. Coralie is very friendly and flexible on check-in/checkout conditions and times. The apartment, as described, is very well appointed for a single person or has 2. Nothing else to say about cleanliness! The residence is very quiet and the beach is only a 3 minute walk is a real plus! I can only recommend Coralie's place!

For three days, it's perfect and very nice and quiet place. Damien communicates very well and is very responsive. he makes us think to bring the sheet but don't forget your bath towels! The accommodation is clean and the courtyard is very cute . But to enjoy the sunny days outside in the evening, the outside light would have to work:) Really small detail and the roller shutter in the living room is a little capricious. Very good stay and especially well equipped Mrs. for bikes!

The house is very beautiful, and you can see the birds passing by while having breakfast. Really great welcome, there is everything on site and you can walk to the super U and downtown. Would definitely stay again!

Incredible stay for two nights with my family on our way through France. Laetitia was so helpful, welcoming and friendly. The property has been done up beautifully and all the facilities are perfect, especially the gym and the spa area which we were kindly offered to use for an hour during our stay. The pool area is fantastic and gets sun all day. All the bedrooms were great, we were 8 adults and I would suggest that the rooms are more suitable for 6 adults in the double rooms and the other rooms for children only (small room under the stairs and bunk bed room). Can’t fault the property or host at all, we had a lovely stay.

beautiful large house, tastefully decorated, located near pedestrian streets. Everything was perfect for our entire family of 12. I recommend it.

Good small accommodation with courtyard not overlooked, pleasant and convenient for our dog. 300 m from the sea , 650 m from the village. Free parking on the street parallel to the apartment. 25 min from Fouras to take the boat to the island of Aix. the welcome by Sylvanie was friendly and caring. Small downside to the internet connection inside the unit. Everything is available, many electrical outlets and clothes doors.

Huguette and her husband are very welcoming hosts. The accommodation is impeccable close to all amenities 15 min from Royan. I highly recommend Huguette's pretty house and especially the place is perfect for spa guests because it's very quiet. Thank you for everything

We had an exceptional stay in Nathalie's beautiful house for an EVG! The house is really perfect, everything is as described, and to top it all off, the indoor pool (big big positive point with an ideal temperature) is actually bigger than it appears in the photos! The kitchen is also nickel, well sized (in terms of size and equipment) for a house of this size. Same for sleeping arrangements. Contact with Nathalie is easy, we quickly got all the answers to our questions. The same applies for Jean Christophe who was there for our welcome and departure. In short, an unforgettable stay and EVG!
