Monthly Rentals in La Rochelle

The apartment is very nice and perfectly equipped for everyday life for longer stays. Everything is as described and in a few minutes by bus or on foot you are in the heart of La Rochelle. I could recommend the apartment to anyone. Thanks Lise and Julien for trusting!

We were 4 guests for a night in La Rochelle in view of the Marathon that was held there and we had a lovely stay. Thanks to Pascal for his accommodation which has something to do with it! Ideally located and very cozy, we could not have hoped for better. Pascal is a welcoming and accommodating host. Recommended!

A big thank you to Arzu for his kindness and trust. The accommodation is as described in the listing in a quiet and secure residence. Very quick access to the city center on foot along the canal. Spots around the residence are not charged . I recommend it and will come back if I come back to La Rochelle.

A great location: in the beautiful Genette district, near the sea, with quality shops in the immediate vicinity. Cécile was very accommodating with us beforehand, and the welcome on site was perfect. The apartment is tastefully furnished: it exudes a warm atmosphere inside as well as in the small garden. (note, because sometimes it's important to some: the room is small.)
