Welcome to my bohemian little cocoon! My apartment is a large, bright 25m2 studio located on the 1st and last floor of one of the oldest buildings in La Teste-de-Buch. The decoration was done by me and the apartment has been completely repainted recently. The kitchen has been redone. If you are looking for a magical break in the Arcachon bay then my apartment has everything to seduce you with the charm of the old, its neat decoration and its ideal location.

Ideally located apartment on the front line at Pointe de l'Aiguillon, close to shops in the Aiguillon district. You will enjoy a nice 85 m2 refurbished apartment, with a balcony for your lunches facing the Bay. At the foot of the apartment is a small beach and an oyster shack where you can taste oysters and shellfish. Arcachon city center is a 5-minute drive away as well as the train station. No pets allowed.

Recent studio with well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, comfortable furniture bed easily convertible into a sofa. Featuring a small southwest facing gated garden where we can park two bikes in a tent and private parking in front of the property. The studio is in a semi-pedestrian lane of a quiet area in the heart of town close to shops within walking distance.
