The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. Hi , Accommodation close to train station, beaches and shops. It consists of an entrance, bathroom with shower and toilet, then an equipped kitchen and a bedroom with double bed. Upstairs, a living room and sleeping area. The whole thing is designed for a maximum of 4 beds (baby crib available on request). A garden with barbecue and terrace. The little extra: a private outdoor Jacuzzi with a dome for the rain for a little moment of relaxation without anyone facing you.

Wooden exterior layout, heated pool (May to September, heat pump 26°, water temperature according to weather conditions), outdoor kitchen, petanque court,… 5 bedrooms, (including a master suite) with double bed (140 cm) and storage, accommodating up to 10 guests. Open kitchen with all the necessary amenities (XXL American fridge, wine cellar, microwave, oven, Nespresso, etc.) 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.

The Dune du Pyla and the ocean are nearby... and the oyster tasting huts too. (I live nearby and can be there as needed.)
