Welcome to my bohemian little cocoon! My apartment is a large, bright 25m2 studio located on the 1st and last floor of one of the oldest buildings in La Teste-de-Buch. The decoration was done by me and the apartment has been completely repainted recently. The kitchen has been redone. If you are looking for a magical break in the Arcachon bay then my apartment has everything to seduce you with the charm of the old, its neat decoration and its ideal location.

A large 18 m2 bedroom is located upstairs (double bed + 2 single bunk beds), as well as the bright bathroom with its 120 x 90 shower. Toilet upstairs and on the ground floor. The living room is equipped with a real sofa bed (Rapido system). Childcare equipment is available on request. Quiet environment, 5 km from Arcachon.

Ideally located apartment on the front line at Pointe de l'Aiguillon, close to shops in the Aiguillon district. You will enjoy a nice 85 m2 refurbished apartment, with a balcony for your lunches facing the Bay. At the foot of the apartment is a small beach and an oyster shack where you can taste oysters and shellfish. Arcachon city center is a 5-minute drive away as well as the train station. No pets allowed.
