Modern house recent renovation, very quiet area. 5/6 min walk to the beach, between the Lataillade pier (Eyrac) to the west and the small port to the east, 8 min walk to the city centre, restaurants, shops. Functional house, everything has been thought of to feel good, for a successful holiday. Three bedrooms: queen bed, 140 bed, 140 bed. Pretty trellis above the garden furniture, courtyard secured by a gate, garden shed, outdoor shower for the return from the beach, not overlooked.
