The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

It has been stylishly renovated and furnished according to our ideas of vacation and recreation. Grandma's apartment in a new look. I renovated and reformed the apartment in 2020. Self-designed furniture meets design classics and antique fixtures. Since I rarely use the apartment myself, I now offer it as a vacation rental. Therefore, the apartment is fully equipped. In the winter, it is cozy in the large living area and in summer the covered balcony and the sun terrace invites you to linger. Highlight in the summer is the outdoor sleeping area on the balcony.

Our quiet apartment is located in Lahnstein, right on the edge of the forest with a view of the Lahn valley. Lahnstein in a central location on the romantic Middle Rhine and the perfect start for excursions of all kinds. The apartment is about 63 m2 in size, has a cozy living room with separate dining area and direct access to the terrace. A spacious bathroom with bathtub and a practical equipped kitchen complete our cozy apartment.
