Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lake Junaluska

Erin was a great host! She was very communicative throughout our stay. We got in late at night and all the lights were on, with fresh eggs and bread waiting for us. Such a nice touch. Her place was very clean and comfortable. She had tons of toys in the spare room, which our daughter loved. The front porch is so charming with all the flowers in bloom. If you’re looking for a well-kept, comfortable and peaceful place and property for a family get together, this is a must consider. On top of all the wonderful things Asheville offered being only a few minutes drive, we loved going home to this place and have chill time in the outdoor hot tub. It provided us (even our pup) everything we needed for a restful and fun stay. I highly recommend Anne’s house and won’t hesitate to stay again.

This cute Airbnb was perfect for our mountain town, book club themed bachelorette weekend. Everything we loved about this place: - Cute cottage core vibes - Open living room perfect for hanging out, book/gift exchange and puzzle - Farmstyle dining table for breakfast/lunch by sunlight for our group of five - Fun bar area downstairs with a chalkboard - Amazingly kept hot tub with privacy fence and automatic string lights on at night - Fire pit in the yard (though we didn’t use it because of the thunderstorms) - Free Little Library right there in the house - Immaculate landscaping with aromatic flowers that smelled heavenly - Close proximity to West Asheville, River Arts District, downtown Asheville, and 45 min drive to Looking Glass Falls/Moore Cove Falls My only regret was not asking if there was more than one bathroom (we found the second bathroom by the front door when we were checking out). The hosts were informative, responsive, and friendly! We enjoyed our stay very much!

We stayed here to attend a wedding in the area. The host was very communicative, the house was very nice, clean and comfortable. Would stay here in the future if we are ever in the area again.

This home is furnished beautifully, and the updated kitchen is fantastic. The views are so peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed the sitting/cooking area outside. We plan to stay here again when in the area. This Airbnb is highly recommended. You will not be disappointed!

I could not have been more please with Carmela's place. Our girl's trip went great and the location was perfect for us. We felt comfortable at at home right away. There were so many thoughtful and practical touches around the property. We were close to everything while still feeling we had privacy and distance. So, glad we found this place and would love to stay again!

Excellent place to stay. It was clean and beautiful and the perfect place to stay with a group of people. Trace was very helpful and we all really enjoyed our time here. It’s a relaxing spot.

Very nice place stay, our family enjoyed the proximity to the creek and the nice outdoor spaces. Beautiful surroundings and a wonderful porch to enjoy them. felt secluded but also close enough to town to make coffee and food a quick drive. Inside was very clean and accommodating, with fresh + extra linens, acces to washing machine, and plenty of utensils etc. Beds were comfy, and shower pressure was fabulous! Favorite part of the place was it's perfect equidistance to sylva and Asheville, both only 30 minutes away. That's exactly what we needed. Overall experience A+ 10/10 :)

We LOVED our stay at Elizabeth’s! We were two humans plus a dog and found the unit to be very comfortable. There were so many incredibly thoughtful touches that made our stay so lovely. It really did feel like a little home away from home — which was perfect for our little WFA (work from Asheville) adventure. The house is well stocked with everything a traveler could need. And the yard is perfect and secure for any furry travelers. The location is convenient to Asheville and in super close proximity to some great hiking in the Bent Creek forest and around the NC Arboretum. We will absolutely be looking to stay here in the future! This spot is such a gem!

Don and Renie are top notch hosts! They have thought of everything to make your stay perfect-snacks, drinks, comfortable mattresses, ample towels, games, and even a frozen pizza in the fridge! Their mountaintop rental has a beautiful view of WCU campus with comfortable outdoor spaces for soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Don has excellent local recommendations and is a great source of information regarding Western Carolina University. We felt so incredibly welcome! We’ll be back!

The day we checked in was the night just before Helene hit Asheville. We lost power on the second day, but luckily Lynn and Bill have a generator that secured our usage of power throughout the next a few days. On the third day, we lost the network. But the magical Lynn and Bill had a starlink that kept us connected to the outside world! The network not only kept us informed about the latest news, but also enabled us to send out important messages to the parents for some Asheville School students, so their parents could arrange picking up their children the moment they received the message. We literally became the information distribution center between the students and their parents. Can't thank Lynn and Bill enough for their support during such difficult time. Forgot to tell you that Lynn and Bill have got a beatuiful house and view, nice settings of everything inside. The days we stayed with Lynn and Bill are unforgettable.

Me and my friend visited for my birthday and this listing was perfect! The bed was amazing, the space was very nice and clean, and the location was perfect for our activities! Very quiet and comfortable :) My only regret was not coming while the garden was in bloom! Will definitely be back to stay again and see it in it’s full glory though.

Great place to stay, prefect for couples looking for a retreat or a small family. Hot tub was a great bonus and the location is only 10 minutes from downtown Asheville.

We enjoyed our stay at Corey’s place. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed watching the golfers and walking the neighborhood. There were beautiful views surrounding us. Corey was very responsive. We look forward to returning.

This place was like new! It was spotless and clutter free. Awesome coffee and tea available. Bed was super comfy. Couch was comfy too! Climate control was awesome. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely return! Owner was so responsive too! Thankful to have found this place.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bluebird. The location was peaceful and quiet. The unit was well laid out and spacious. And CLEAN! It was well equipped and nicely decorated. The porch lights were a nice touch. Matt kept in touch before, throughout, and upon our departure to make sure everything was ok. We were happy we chose this property.

We had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely incredible – everything I needed was just a short walk away. The condo itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. With so much to do within walking distance, I never ran out of activities. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

Maggie's Hideaway was the perfect getaway for the holidays. It was just the right size for our family of 4. James had is cutely decorated for Christmas. The kitchen had all the amenities and then some. I didn't even have to unload my usual AirBNB box of necessities. We are already planning our next trip to Maggie and will definitely be staying here again. James, thanks for having an amazing place!

This place was perfect for me and my friends! It’s exactly what you’d expect with some extras that Lisa graciously provided for us, from toiletries like the usual shampoo and conditioner to things you might forget like toothbrushes and toothpaste, and even snacks including chips and chocolates and other candy. The location is hard to beat as well, walking distance to a crepe shop we had breakfast at, and steps away from the beautiful lake and all of its scenery. Would highly recommend!
